Payments to the gym will be paid to as a donation every 6 weeks. Sales that come through our Hez-Hez website only will be accumulated over this period and 20% of those sales profits, which have your named gym on the order receipt, will be tallied up and divided accordingly to the relevant gym.
If you are unhappy with the goods received from your online purchase, we will refund the item(s) if they are sent back at the custome's expense and in a resalable condition within 30 days of receipt of your order.
Any refunds will be issued to the original purchase payment method once we have received the goods back in their original saleable condition. This refund only includes the total amount of the goods returned and not the original delivery charge, unless the goods are proven faulty or sent in error.
We generally do not charge a restocking fee for returned items but with some of our more bulky products, we may have to apply one but this can be discussed prior to any return being made. Any goods with proven manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded and some items may not be economically viable to be returned but this will need to be authorised by our returns dept. before a credit or refund is made.
Please note that any items that have been customised, personalised or used for filming either in production or still photo shoots are non-returnable.
